Prior to this role, Charlene was a Senior Support Officer and Student Ambassador Coordinator within our Student Services team.
Charlene joined Loughborough University London from UCFB Wembley, where she was a Student Services Administrator. Before entering the education sector, Charlene completed five years’ experience within Retail and undertook several volunteering positions. Charlene has volunteered with the BBC, supporting photoshoots for EastEnders and acting as a runner for Radio One, and has also supported a fashion charity that runs outreach projects for young people, called Caramel Rock Fashion.
Academic background
Charlene also has a qualification in Media as well as a Business Administration (Level 2) qualification in Learning Resource Centre Administration from NewVic College in Plaistow.
