To begin your studies at Loughborough University London, you must complete both online and in-person registration.

1. IT account setup

Before you arrive at Loughborough, all new students need to retrieve their IT credentials (email, username and password).

2. Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional security step that verifies your identity. You may have come across something similar before when purchasing a product online or using a banking app.

Online registration is a simple process that provides the University with the information that we need to register you and produce your student ID card.

4. Confirm your identity

When you register, you will need to show evidence of your identity and immigration status so that the University can confirm your right to study in the UK. The documents you will need to bring will depend on your immigration and fee status. This applies to UK and International students.

5. In-person registration

You are required to book your in-person registration slot before you join us.

Registration sessions will take place on 23-25 September 2024. You will need to have completed online registration to receive your student 'F' number to be able to book a slot.
