Supporting our students
At Loughborough University London, we're dedicated to making sure we support all our students so they can get the most out of their postgraduate experience.
Our dedicated team of support staff are located on the fourth floor and are available Monday-Friday to answer any questions you may have about the facilities or the equipment. The team are also your first point of call if you need advice and guidance on your studies or have a query regarding your wellbeing.
Loughborough Students' Union London
Loughborough Students' Union London (LSU) is an organisation run to ensure that you have the best possible experience while studying with us. LSU London provides comprehensive support for students, including academic representation, welfare services, and a range of social activities. The Union ensures a vibrant and supportive community which enhances the student experience. Membership is automatic and free for all students.
Student Ambassadors
We recruit enthusiastic students with a passion for Loughborough University London at the start of each academic year to work as Student Ambassadors. Becoming a Student Ambassador is a paid opportunity to represent the university, engaging in events like open days and online chats and is a great way to enhance your communication and teamwork skills.
Graduation
A pinnacle moment in your university journey, graduation ceremonies mark the culmination of your hard work, dedication, and achievements. At Loughborough, we strive to make it an unforgettable event, offering opportunities to create lasting memories. Graduation takes place each year in Loughborough in July and December.

Located at Here East in the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, you can benefit from numerous sporting events, state-of-the-art facilities, and a wide range of sport and social activities alongside your studies.
